I will be writing my letter on how me and my fiance met in the past two years. I assume this is from when we first met, not just when we met physically. Do I write how I fell in love with him? Or do I keep it professional?? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Really, it is how you met in person. Not how you "met". Here is mine in its entirety

"Returning from a trip to Ukraine on September 19,2007 I had a layover in Prague, CZ Republic. I met Alla while waiting in line to buy bus tickets to the city" That is all. I attached ONE photo and copies of my passport stamps and boarding passes for that trip.

Some people, for more difficult consulates, which Casa Blanca definitely is, provide more details and evidence with the petition. Sending more will not hurt

i personally feel you should elaborate a little for casablanca, because its a tougher consulate and they will want more evidence/explanation. thats what i plan on doing. mine is going to be about 2 short paragraphs like a really short story to help them envision our relationship better, but no more than a single typed page. i wouldnt make it longer than that.
