On average, how long does it take for the GC to arrive after arriving to the US on a CR1 visa? (Vermont service center)

Is it normal that the GC hasn't arrived in 28 days? (arrival on May 18 through New york)

Took 5 weeks for me to receive my GC. You should be getting welcome letter soon, once you get that you can track your GC progress with the number alloted in the Welcome Letter.

It says online that the case is pending though.. Does it mean that the GC is still to be printed? How long does it take it to arrive once it has been approved?

GC is already approved, your passport is stamped with temporary GC while you wait for the physical GC to arrive. How long ago did you get your welcome letter?

It took around 2 weeks for me after I got my welcome letter to get the physical GC.

I believe it depends on your PoE, not your service center. Took me almost three months to get the physical green card. Not to worry though, the stamp in your passport serves as a temp greencard till you get the plastic one.

if you click on news on the VJ home page u will see a post green card production delayed that will help you
