Montreal interview costs

Just wanted to know from the usual suspects re: costs.... I know a few, but thought a small amalgamated list of the two most obvious/substantive costs would be handy. Here goes (if I'm missing anything-I likely am, please let me know!)

Medical:

Visa itself:

Medical: 325 (adult) 150 (child)

Visa itself: 157

Technically the visa itself is free I believe you pay the 157 up front for the privellage of beign interviewed, whether you receive the visa or not is a different story.

These are the Vancouver costs but I think it's uniform across Canada.

I thought the visa fee was 131?

The cost for Dr. Seiden in TO/Mtl is $275 for adults

Visa fee is $131 USD at the Montreal consulate

Visa is $131 US and I paid $215 for the medical at Medisys

Sorry I transfered all the numbers into CAN$ when I wrote it down my bad it is 131 US$.
