I have been to the Phillipines twice already, but have not begun filing as im waiting for my divorce to finalize. I was wondering how hard it would be to arrange for my fiance to come here for a visit. I heard its kinda tough to get a travel visa from PH can anyone tell me the things I need to do?

Fils with lots of assets, lots of wealth, lots of education and a great job to return to can get a tourist visa. People who do not have a job and do not have lots of assets to return to do not get tourist visa 99% of the time. There are always exceptions, however very few exceptions. In my opinion, you would be wasting your money applying for a tourist visa.
