Hi everyone, I need help..I have few questions about filing AOS...

1. Do i need to include photos in the AOS packet?

2. What is Alien Registration number. Is the MNL ### ?

3. In forms I-485 and G-325A, is it the non-US Citizen or US Citizen who will fill up?

4. Do we need to include evidence for common residence?

2. What is Alien Registration number. Is the MNL ### ? No - this is your Alien Registration number - found on your original NOA2, on your Visa/in your passport - starts with "A"

4. Do we need to include evidence for common residence?You're adjusting from a K1 so no - just the marriage certificate.

1) each form I-485 I-765 and I-131 needs TWO 2"x2" passport photos.

2) A# Listed on I-129F Approval notice.

3) You the prospective immigrant are filing an application to adjust status so I-485 and G-325A are filled out by the person adjusting status (The K-1 Holder)

4) NO, just evidence that you did what is required of the K-1, Married within the 90 days of the I-94 card.

You need to get that transferred to an I-693 by a US civil surgeon, and send the I-693 in with I-485.

You need to get that transferred to an I-693 by a US civil surgeon, and send the I-693 in with I-485.

Yes,

The visa only needs Medical because a K-Visa is NON-Immigrant, however you need to provide a vaccination record (I-693 vaccination record is needed) when adjusting status.

1. Yes. For the I-485 and also for forms I-131 and I-765 if you file them together

2. The "A" number on her visa, it is also on your NOA2 letter
