NOA 1 for I -130 f4 category

Hi Guys

Iam very new on this forum, I tried to search here to find any info but regarding F4 NOA1 I couldnt find anything,

My question is : How long it takes to receive first NOA when I submitted I -130 form for my brother (F4)???

I sended application to Chicago 05/11/09, they received day later and personal check was cashed 05/15/09

Today is 06/09/09 - almost a month,

Be patience. You should receive a notice in the next few weeks. Your check getting cashed is a good sign that the petition was received.
