I forgot to submit the Chest Xray letter form medical!!! :(

ARG! I just realized I forgot to submit the Chest Xray form from my medical. I AM SO MAD AT MYSELF.

Do they have the information from my medical in the package USCIS sent to them???

Is there a chance I will not get an RFE for this? I didn't have a skin tuberculosis test ever tho, so might I have to get that anyway and submit??

I really don't want an RFE (Like everyone!! )

Thoughts?

Also, typically, is there a time in the process that after you cross over it an RFE is less likley?? Like, "OH you have biometrics....You are in the clear!" Kinda thing?? Or can it happen at ANY time in the process??

All of your medical exam information was in the brown envelope that you handed over at POE. You do not need to send them the x-ray.

You don't have to give the medical form with your AOS package---majority of filers do not! Reason is 1) visa beneficiaries were given medicals overseas and cleared before entering the country, 2) sometimes it takes a long time to complete the medical form (lack of money for the shots or in my case we had to wait 8 weeks for a sputum culture result) and the interview is where you'll need to provide the medical form, not in the AOS package, so everyone gets about 2 months from filing AOS to get their medical together, 3) a fair amount of applicants will be transferred to California therefore they won't have an interview and will never have to submit the medical form.

We didn't file AOS with the medical form and we have our interview scheduled for July 1st. We got an RFE but it was for missing some tax returns, not for not sending the medical. You won't get an RFE!
