Sometimes the border guys look at you like your a risk for illegal immigration when you come into the usa so many times. They usually ask if you have a job at home and if you have money for your stay here and what kind of ties you have back home like a job and who your staying with here in the usa, its fishy if she keeps saying that she is gonna see her fiance etc....its all up to the border guys....otherwise NO there is no TIME LIMIT.

She has a great job in Russia She is and Editor at a fashion Mag. Someone had just told me that she has to wait 6 months from the date of her last entry in to the US to come back to visit me. Our plan was that she was going to stay with me until the I-129F process was over and she has to go back for her interview in Moscow. We figured that this would give her time to assimilate to American life and polish her English a little better. On Her B-2 visa she has multiple entry status until April of next year. The girl that told me this was a Polish Au pair, so I'm guessing that she was on a different type of work visa than my fiancee??? If my fiancee has to wait 6 months this will be throwing a serious wrench in our gears. This will only be her second time here in the states, She was planning to come back in 2-3 months.

Thanks for your help, Any more info would be greatly appreciated. I just want someone to tell me "Yes, she can come back to visit you again in 2-3 months lol"

She should be able to come back. Bring plenty of evidence she will return to Russia. Job letter, utility bills, etc. ANY visitor at ANY time can be turned away if the CBP feels they are a risk of illegal immigration. A K-1 can increase the likelihood they see her as a risk, but many posters here report doing it with no problem. Make sure when she comes as a visitor she has a return ticket! When she comes on her K-1 she does not need a return ticket (another common misconception)

Yes, she can come back. There is no particular limit to visits. I live in a border area and Canadians come here every day. I have gone to Canada several times in a week. And routinely go there several times ina month. Again, it is a subjective thing about whether they believe it is a risk of illegal immigration. They will be able to see when she leaves and comes. I can't make that call, no one really can, but there is no "rule" that she has to wait 6 months. Bring good documentation she will return and be careful not to overstay a visit.

Thank you all!!! I understand they could deny her at the POE for any reason. I was just concerned that she would not be able to return for another 6 months when she had a multiple entry visa. I will talk to her tomorrow about it further, I just freaked when this other person was like "Sorry, you're not gonna be able to see your fiancee for 6 months no matter what"

Also, i saw on the I-129F for that if your fiancee is staying with you in the us they would like to see her I-94 number. Should i call USCIS to inform them that she is staying with me during the adjudication <SP?> process?
