I have not experienced this, but suggest you send in the requested evidence soon. I think your question about the unterview would best be answered with an infopass appointment or by calling the USCIS hotline and using the RFE option if it is still available. The RFE option used to get you past the mis-information specialists to someone with access to your case information.

It sounds like your green card interview to me. Send back whatever they are asking for soon with some kind of postal signing so you are sure it was delivered. Photocopy the same things to take to your interview just in case they don't get the request processed properly to your file before the interview. That way if the interviewer says, "you were asked to send _____, but it's not in your file" you can show them the receipt of sending it and pull out the extra copy of what you sent.

Look at both envelopes & tell us where they were mailed from.

I mean from NBC in MO or your USCIS local office ? Yes, this kind of situation is possible.

I guess NBC wants more evidence to put it in your folder & send it over to your local office for

AOS interview. Look at the dates : RFE deadline is June 24th & Interview Date is July 23rd.

There is exactly one month time difference. Complete & mail RFE ASAP &

start gathering other evidences for interview.

GOOD LUCK !.....
