Hello,

So I am typing my I-129F and G-325A on the computer. My problem is three things...

(a) If the answer to the question(s) is too long (example) I cannot fit my full first name "Christopher" in the box provided should I leave it blank and just put the information on the supplement sheet or should I fill it out as much as I can (eg: Christophe) and then re-explain on the supplement sheet? The guide has been helpful but was a little vauge when it came to this.

(B) On my G-325A form, I have lived in over 6 diffrent places and have held over 10 diffrent jobs due to traveling and being a student (All in America) in the last 5 years. How important is it that the dates are exact? This may be impossible for me to know exact dates and small gaps of unemployment.

© I am currently unemployed because I have just recently relocate within the last month. Will this lessen my chances of approval for my fiancees visa If I do not have work presently? I should be employed with in the next few weeks? I'm a massage therapist and have been an independant contractor last year on my tax records, should I just put "Self Employed"? I'm very nervous about this, please help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

your petition will be approved but if you do not have a job or other financial means come visa application/interview time, then the visa could be refused.. as the saying goes... no money... no honey

YMMV

Two options, if the info is too big to fill on the comp you can write "see attachment" or manually write it in smaller handwriting after printing.

As far as address and employment history goes, try to be as accurate as possible, but most likely you won't have any problems if the dates aren't perfect, just don't leave unexplained gaps in either of them.

If you file your taxes as such just go ahead and write self employed instead of unemployed, they'll be looking at your tax returns in order to verify if you can support your fiancee.

If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you can modify the font size to fill in the sections. As others have said you can also leave those parts blank and fill in by hand.

If you are self employed see the affidavit of support instructions for required documentation. If income is an issue line up a co-sponsor.

Thank you! Well because I was a student I did not make much money in the last few years but my mother has agreed to co-sponser her on the Afidavit of Support. Thanks for the feed back! Much appreciated!

Yes, the G325a can be filled with a black ballpoint pen, no problem at all.

You should be fine with the dates abbreviations, as far as I know you could even just write down the numbers.

Can anyone help? My fiancee in the US cannot remember all the address history for the past five years. Where can we get this information? There were online reports for background check but LexisNexis can only provide report within 30-60 days, which is really a looong time.

He had moved apartments when he was a student then, and do not have available records of it.
