My fiancee passed her interview this week and we're both very happy. I want to thank everyone here who helped with all the questions I've posted over the past few weeks. For those that are interested, our interview day went like this:

- We entered the embassy at about 6am for our appointment at 7am. We waited about a half hour for her to turn in her D-156, D-157 forms and get a number.

- We waited about an hour for her number to be called for her initial screening. The filipina that questioned her was pretty strict and looked her directly in her eyes. She seemed like the most strict of all the other screeners I observed.

- The screener took all her forms (CENOMAR, NBI, etc.) but only took my 2008 tax return and an album of our photos. She didn't even take my I-134 or employer and bank letters.

- The initial screening took only about 5-6 mins. We waited another 20 minutes to be called to an interview room.

- We had to wait before she could enter because the person being interviewed previous to us was being grilled very hard. I couldn't make out the reason why. Needless to say, we were scared.

- After my fiancee was finally called in, she spent a total of 6-7 minutes inside. She came out, looked at me and smiled.

- She was directed to another window to collect our photos and then she paid Air21 for delivery. Today, she got a text saying that the visa will be delivered tomorrow.

That's about it. As nerve wracking as this whole process was, it was well worth it. My advice: be thorough and be confident. Good luck to you all.

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.
