To whom it may concern:

My fiance went to St. Lukes to have his medical today for K1 fiance visa and brought the appointment confirmation number letter that was sent by the US Embassy to present. They refused to let him in until they see a real letter like the NVC or NOA2 letter.I called the St.Lukes around five times already wasting money constantly transferring me to the operator until I talked to someone who still said the same thing. I live all the way in Orion and I don't want to waste my time and money going back and forth to Manila to have a simple check-up. My fiance in the states also called the Embassy 2 times regarding this but all they told her was that they were not going to send any letter anymore to the beneficiary which is me since I already have a scheduled interview and that I don't need to show anything else to St.Lukes but my passport and the appointment confirmation number letter which the Embassy sent me online. The Embassy and St.Lukes are apparently saying two different things. The US Embassy hasen't sent me the NVC or NOA2 letter yet ever since which was already confirmed on their file on May 12,2009. Please answer this letter.Thank you very much.God Bless

Can you have your USC fiance fax you the NOA2 or NVC letter?

Someone is confused. Normally the appointment letter gets you in. Have fiance scan you a copy of the NOA2 approval letter amd take both.

Go after 12 noon and you'll beat the crowd.

Heck Orion is a short hop compared to peeps living in Mindanao ans Palawan.

What! 2 hour busride?

thas strange. i was there May 18 for my medical too. I just showed the email of appointment for interview that i printed (it wasnt even scanned, just copied and pasted) and the letter that i received fom Manila US embassy (eligibility for appointment letter).. no NOA2 copy was asked.

They should be needing just those two forms and the passport. that's it.

The US Embassy hasen't sent me the NVC or NOA2 letter yet ever since which was already confirmed on their file on May 12,2009.

The US Embassy does not have the letters from the NVC or the USCIS (approval notice). As others suggested, have the petitioner scan and email you the letter from the NVC with your Case Number on it (MNL2009XXXXXX) and your Approval Notice (NOA2).
