hi , if any one can help me this is my story

i apply in 2001 for i 130 through my mom she is a usc and it take 5 years to get approved in 2005 and i find out i have deportation in 2004

and i file motion to reopen in 2008 and my motion got approved and i got pick up bye ICE early morning from my house in june 2008 so i was lucky becouse the motion was still pending and it got approved .... so i got married to usc in jan 2008 and i know i have approved i130 that time my lawyer file

i 485 and i130 and i765 in septmer 2008 and since that day nothing happen to the case and still pending with MSC until today.... what should i do ?
