Please say you sent it via registered mail and have a receipt. If you don't, you cannot prove you sent it. Not that I don't believe you, but I'm just sayin...

Did they say you were approved? Did they take your I-94 and EAD?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

From what I have learnt here, it could take 4 to 6 weeks before u hear from them. Yes, most lucky applicants get their letters and cards within days too. No harm in making an infopass. Calling would be of no help since they'll tell you to wait another month. You may even place a service request through phone. They are bound to reply in writing to your service request. Worked everytime for me.

Best of Luck
