Helo guys I am new to this site, I am here to post regarding my visa, I am filipina that married to a US Citizen he is american, We got married last July 20 2008 and we file the a k3 visa last Oct 3 and the USCIS recieved our I-130F last Oct 15 2008, then we receieved the I-797 or NAO1, then we send the I-129F Oct 23 they received it last Nov 03 2008, I am so confuse why our case still Received and Pending its been 6 months we don't have approval yet, But my husband keep calling to the NVC, Pls advice Us what do to??? Is it too long 2 wait for an aproval???

Won't do any good to call NVC until you guys get NOA2 approval notices. Which USCIS service center did he send the I-130 to?

Don't worry, we are still waiting too. Right now their normal processing time is 6 months, but I'm seeing some people wait 8 months on here to get the NOA2. I think they have slowed down considerably over the last few months.

Recieved RFE for missing medical exam that they lost. Submitted new exam March 10, 2010.

Notified that he is in background checks after submitting three service requests: July, 2010

Hi ! Im waiting for approval than 1 years too. Hope we will get news soon !!!

Wow that was too long to wait..My husband file I-130 Nov.2008 and aproved by feb(NAO2),had my interview april 20, and now im here in US...try to call USCIS...goodluck..
