I have to complete the forms (2) for my husband and step child., two seperate forms.

1. My husband,

Question 21a, I put 1 person, should i put 1 person in 21c as well? Or shuld I leave that blank and the total household is only 1 for 21a and 1 for 21b, for a total of 2 in line 21h?

2. Step Child

1 for Question 21a

1 for Question 21 b

1 for Question 21c

for a total of 3 for Question 21h. Or shuld it only be 2 for 21h because my spouse is not currently in my household?

Thanks to anyone that can clarify.

I dont have the form with me, but doesnt it state all beneficiarys your "supporting" on it in the household????

I think it does, so that would include your step child too with hubby on the form, you filed for step child too with USCIS?

If so, I think Part 3 of the AOS form is where the stp child would be listed. I swear sometimes a NASA scientist could not figure out these forms, LOL

Thanks for your prays, I do appreciate them.
