Hey VJers,

Got a friend that I have been helping through the process who is now at the NVC stage, but has decided to call it quits with his Fiancee. He has asked me to find out how to cancel his petition. last I heard, his case was stuck at NVC for AP. Thanks for your replies.

He has made it quite clear that the relationship is over, it has nothing to do with NVC or AP, that is just where their case happens to be. If he wants you to know why, he will have to explain that himself. He is a VJ member, but I don't think she is.

Thanks

He should call NVC, and they will probably tell him to send a notarized letter stating his intentions to cancel the petiton.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
