I'm in the same boat, I don't see many other passengers though:)

I sent my I-130 on Feb 4, it was received Feb 5 and NOA1 on Feb 9. There have been a couple of touches but nothing else. Not sure if there is anything else to do but wait.

first, i know exactly how you feel...i was stuck at VSC for 8+ months the first half of last year...seeing others with earlier filing dates being approved while our petition, and many others hung in "limbo" at VSC... this post may not help ease your concerns, but, just know you are not alone...VSC sucks...NO DOUBT...keep the faith....and good luck

I'm so sorry you feel left outta the group taj :(. Here's some numbers for you:

Since 3/1 VSC has approved 29 CR1 cases the longest taking 285 days and the shortest 36 with an average of 113 days. BUT if you only take the NOA1 dates of January and later then the days range from 36 to 80 days and the average DROPS to 48 days, so that would put you about 3/28 approval which means next week you could receive your letter.

I KNOW it's real hard to wait - I wish I could trade places with you because financially we weren't ready for such a quick approval so we have to voluntarily slow things down, which REALLY sucks!
