Will the US Embassy keep any of the evidence my fiancee brings? I plan on having letters, cards, text messages, photos, chat transcripts, emails and more. I guess out of the lot, we'd like to keep the letters and cards, but we'll give them up if we have to.

i dont think they will keep those. i still have them 2 yrs later actually hehe... the only thing that they kept or took from me that day were my NBI, BC, Cenomar and all the DS-forms (guess that's it)... they returned all my files and supporting docs you mentioned above. (they will release all those in window 37)... i wish you luck!!! God bless
