Middle name different from K3 Application

so my wife's I-129F K3 App is currently already in US embassy in manila, however she recently got her new Philippines passport with my last name, the problem is according to Philippines customs they told her it was mandatory that her middle name was to be changed to her maiden name. does this pose a problem when she gets ready for the interview that the middle name is different from the one on the application?

You can explain it at the interview and correct the name on the application then.

correct explain at the interview. We have been there and done that. So make sure she explains this to the CO. Also the DS-156 and DS-157 forms should show the name correctly.
