My husband's interview was March 17 at New Delhi Embassy. His visa was approved. Visa journey website and all the members helped me a lot through this process. THANK YOU!

I accompanied my husband to the window nd then the counselor asked me to have a seat and interviewed my husband alone, but i think it helps if spouse is there.

First he was interviewed by Indian man who also took his fingerprints. I was allowed to stay for that. These r the questions he asked

-what is ur spouse's name

- who is this

-Who is the sponsor

-Have u been abroad for more than one yr

Then we waited for final interview he was asked

-When did u meet ur spouse

-how did u meet

-whom were u introduced by and how the persons who introduced u knew eachother

-what is the day of ur marriage

-were ur spouse's parents there when u met first

-were ur spouse' parents there when u got married

-how many persons attended the wedding

-where does ur spouse live

They did not ask to look at any pictures or any other proof of relationship. But, we

carried wedding albums, other pics, phone records and other proof with us. We were able to pick up visa next day.

we picked it up at VFS next day. they told us the same thing, but my husband asked the counselor if we can pick it up at VFS. I think if u don't pickup it up next day, they deliver it to u. My husband is not on this forum.

Thank you all for your well wishes
