I-130 And I-485

Hi everybody!

I have a problem, I sent in my I-130 last week, I didn't know that i could file I-485 together, is it too late to send it in, do i wait till the I-130 get approved? or Can I send it in now?

And One more question:

I have Hep B, does the civil surgeon ask about that? Does it affect anything?

What type of Hep B? Acute or chronic? Is the virus still in incubation?

It's chronic? But my husband got a blood test, he is okay! So will this affect anything?

Hello;

First of all, are u married to a US Citizen? If the answer is YES, then you can send your AOS package any time you want,

concurrently or subsequently with I-130. I have done subsequently for example. So, you haven't done anything wrong, but when you

are filing your AOS package, do not forget to include NOA1 for I-130.

It does not affect your application if you have any kind of Hepatitis B. Look at my time line please. Take care.
