I have seen some people say they sent photos with the I485 but the instructions on the form do not mention photos. So am I reading it wrong?

03/09/2013: Married

09/10/2013: Sent I-130

09/12/2013: Case Received.

03/04/2014: Petition transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

03/25/2014: I-130 Petition approved

03/28/2014: Petition sent to NVC

04/09/2014: NVC received case

05/08/2014: NVC assigned case number

05/16/2014: Paid AOS fee

10/02/2014: Case Closed

10/10/2014: Interview Date Scheduled

11/17/2014: Interview - APPROVED!!

Look up the instructions of I-485 #4 under initial evidence..it will tell you!

Thanks jhun I see that it means initial and it goes on to say passport pics birth certificate etc and I know i have put marriage certificate but where does it say marriage pics and pics with spouse? it doesnt mention to send pics we used to file the 1-130 or anything like that.

03/09/2013: Married

I know its only passport size photo, nothing of the wedding or something.

I'm sorry, I thought you're asking about passport photos. I'm wrong...hhehehehee

You don't need to send photos....
