Hi All,

If anyone can answer my question I would be really grateful - I am currently on an F-1 Visa with OPT, with a valid EAD card. I am filling I130 / I485 / I765 / I864 / G325A together. My eligibility for the I765 is c(9). Do I need to pay the fee?

not if you filing together with the 485

* 1/22/09 EAD Card received

*2/19/09 AOS Interview >>Approved

*3/5/09 Green Card received in the mail!!!

not if you filing together with the 485

Hey! Wouldn't this be considered an "initial EAD" since I am filing under a different category? http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-765instr.pdf

the 765 and the 131 are included as part of the fee for the 485 ($1010) so it doesn't matter. I had OPT b4 i filed for AOS and i all i did was check off the box that said if i had been issued an EAD b4.
