Nope you have to use a "USCIS designated civil surgeon." GOOGLE away!

Thanks for the quick reply...that's really frustrating cos the nearest civil surgeon from my place is about almost 2hrs travel.

Maybe I should start calling for the payment from that office. Hope they won't charge me for hundreds of dollars.
