Okay so I have a weird question, and I don't know if anyone else has thought of this:

I am sending a couple of my cell phone bills along with my I-129F and I have had to get one of the hgiher end cell phone plan cause of my fiance living in Canada. Would it be wise to cover the bill price or is that a bad idea in and of itself? I plan on covering my account information already but should I conceal the bil las well? I don't want them to think that its my normal price cause it obviosuly wouldn't be.

Thanks in Advance

WHY do you want to send a cell phone bill?? Doesn't help prove you've met in person!

Pretty sure I'm aware of that but thanks for your utter concern LMAO. Its proof of ONGOING! I know ONGOING isn't needed for the 1st step but I'm being prepared. Anything just gets sent to the consualte anyway.....

Because we had 10 year 'relationship' before we filed I sent along things like screen shots of phone bills/text message bills..etc... also used more for proof of on-going later on in the process. I also sent cc statements with highlighted charges from when we were together to go along with the timeline and photos I sent of each of our trips together.

It's not normally necessary to front load the initial petition with evidence of on-going relationship. I doubt it will be of much use in Canada but you can send it if you want. I wouldn't make a huge deal out of the details tho.

Yeah I've always went by"More ammo the better". Worked for us.

Just be sure and make copies of everything to review in 6 months plus for the interview.

Remember for the petition, which is waht you refer to when you say I-129f (correct?) you need to provide evindece of meeting in person within the past two years, Phone bills do not do that and will be disregarded as evidence whether or not you cover anything.

All you need to do for the petition is give a statement of how, when and where you met this person within the last two years and attach primary evidence of meeting (photos, passport stamps and boarding passes)

The phone bills can be used as "evidence of ongoing relationship" at the interview stage.
