Questions about AOS fee bill.

Well, I can't find the February NVC thread. So here goes a question:

When the AOS bill arrives, it contains the IIN, right? Now if we pay that online, will we still need the package for anything? Do we need to sign anything and pay it back? Or is it just for check payments?

In other words, can we get the whole AOS package (and the IV package too) ready to go, and just wait for the IIN, pay them both and then send them as soon as status says PAID for each one?

I'm under the impression we just pay online, and once paid we can download the forms and form instructions, and print them out (unless we got ready forms already).

We'll send them separately of course. BTW, is it okay to send DS-230 from petitioner's address instead of beneficiary's? Just wondering.

Yep that is correct. When i received my IIN I paid both bills and then sent both packages in. Later I received the AOS package information and it was just a bill if you wanted to mail in your payment and some instructions.

I am the US Citizen and sent both packages from my address in the USA. Had no problems.
