Has anybody had experience with submitting DS-3032 for multiple petitions?

Will the NVC provide a case number for each of the four beneficiaries or just one case number for all four?

One DS-3032 for all four or four DS-3032 for each of the four?

Perhaps you might want to adjust the wording to note "I would like to appoint my Husband as my agent of choice for all of the above noted case numbers to receive all future correspondence from the U.S. Department of State.

Otherwise looks good. For subject line use all NVC case#s.

Good luck.
