first of all i wanted to say thank you to everyone here for their help this is an awesome site. now for my question, cant fit all of the name and address on the line can i put this on the next line or do i need to attach a separate paper. the next line is suppose to be for the next job that is why i am asking if i can do it that way

You can use two or more lines for an employer name and address. If all will fit that way, fine. Otherwise, I would refer to a separate sheet. They can see that there are no dates on the right side when you use a second line and then where the second set of dates corresponds to job or address number two.
