Is tax return of co-sponsor needed?

If I was you interviewing at Manila I would definately have tax returns for both you and your sponser.

It's a good idea but you nobody can even give you a definite answer whether the Consulate will accept the co-sponsor with or without the tax returns. Believe me, I know the value of a definite answer but you're not going to get one on this topic until the Consulate gives it to you.

so i guess, better to secure the ITR. I pray she will lend us a copy. I pray she would understand. We just need the latest right?

As for her employment certificate, its stated there how long she is working in the company, how much she make and what's her work load. ( in a letter head paper)

Again, your larger problem is likely to be whether the Consulate will accept the co-sponsor at all. They tend to be more willing to do so for college students than for the underemployed with few prospects. Why do you need a co-sponsor?

cos he's my finace didnt pass the 125% poverty level for three

im pregnant. and he's only making 21thousand.
