I-864 differences?!?!?!?

Please help me figure this out. The USCIS.gov web site shows the following:

I-864EZ

I-864

I-864A

My husband is filing one for me, and my husband's father (in same house) will also file one.

So just to double check. We'll file I-864, as well as an I-864A (father in law)

What's the EZ one for?

Check cashed: March 10, 2011

NOA1: March 8, 2011

Biometrics Appt: April 21, 2011

Early Bio Walk-in: April 7, 2011

Approved: September 7, 2011

I'm changing my question here..... PLEASE READ & give advice!!!!!!!

My husband is currently working part-time & job hunting since graduating from school. Therefore definitely doesn't meet the poverty requirements. We were thinking of doing a I-864 for him, then his father would be an I-864A as a joint sponsor.

Would it be much easier to just have my father in law do an I-864 since he definitely meets the poverty requirements?

Or should I go with the first plan. Not sure what would be easier, or make more sense.
