Delbros tracking problem

We had our interview Oct 2 and paid Delbros at that time. We were not issued the visa at that time bec they needed additional docs. At that time if I tried to track on Delbros website it would say shipment with embassy.

Now my fiance passed the final document we were told we needed on Jan 5. Now if I go to Delbros website and enter our case number I get the following message "Tracking number has not yet been uploaded into our system"

How can that be? Has this happened to anyone else that had long delay in getting the visa? Will it affect the delivery of the visa?

I found out I forgot to add an 01 to the case number to track it.
