We are waiting for NVC to complete our case, submitted it last November. The NVC operator said, she is going to make an inquiry on the status of our case to the case manager. What could this inquiry possibly mean? Has anyone experience this?

She will ask the manager about the status of your case. We have yet to reach the NVC stage ourselves. But when I call any private or government service, I get a report number or the name of the person who answered the call. Then I can follow up. Did she tell you how she is goin to notify you about your case status?
