Hi,

My husband and I are planning on getting my mom over here for a visit. We know that she needs to apply for a B2 visa.

My questions are:

1. How can we set a B2 interview date for her?

2. What’s the number to call?

3. Or did u guys use the visa point to set your interview date?

Any input will be gladly appreciated.

thanks (F)

The United States Embassy Manila web site has all the info there, even the online forms to complete. Good luck may God provide.

Your mom can call 1-909-101-7878 or YOU for her appointment at this number 1-888-877-9888. But be sure you had paid the fee for B2 and all the necessary requirements are in front of you/your mom. In my case they asked about the code shown on DS156 and what color shown on the back of the DS157 (US$131).

Thank you for ur reply. I guess I have to use the visa point (1-888-877-9888) number. I thought there's some other numbers that I don't need to pay $18 per transaction. lol btw, what do u mean by "what color shown on the back of the DS-157"? my mom never said anything about the color shown but she gave me some numbers that is written at the back. anyways, thank you again for the input. that really helps.
