At what point do I stop recieving it after I move down with the K1? The day I cross the border?

The day you cross the border you are still a resident of Canada, not until you apply for and receive a green-card will you be considered a resident of the USA.

Actually, when you officially get the I-94 stamped in your passport and activate your K-1, that is the date Canada Revenue Agency no longer considers you a resident of Canada - that is the date you left Canada for purposes of Child Tax Benefit and GST rebates so, once you cross the border, or that month, you are no longer eligible for CTB or GST rebates. If you receive them, you will be required to pay them back. With all respects to Yu and Dan, Canada does not go by US regulations. I was here in the US a full 2 years before I received my green card and there is no way Canada considered me a resident since I resided in the US. The greencard is for US purposes, not Canadian. Once you give up your residence in Canada to live in the US, green card or no, you are no longer considered a Canadian resident for income tax related purposes (and CTB is an income tax related benefit).
