We reprinted it and never had any problems.... The barcode never made a difference.

My fiance also made a mistake on his kids DS-156. He forgot to change the gender on his daughter's form....from male to female. He also made a mistake on his son's form......he overlooked and didn't change the name from his daughter's name to his son's name. Grrrrr...... I've told him to double check his form but still made mistakes. Oh, well. So, made the corrections and double checked again that everything was correct, resubmitted the form online with the correct infos and reprinted the form with the barcode. So, I'm hoping at the interview there wouldn't be any problems as he has with him the correct form filled out. When asked why he submitted twice online.....he just have to answer honestly that he made a mistake on his first submission and resubmitted the correct one.

Yep you can refill out and print with correct information, just like the others said. They dont store the information I think it just uses some of the informations to generate a barcode

Hi netscot I did the 156 more than 5x, thats how often Ive overlooked mine. Reprinted like 6x (waste of ink &paper)

But wanted to correct the errors,so its ok to reprint it. Just repprint all of the pages including the bar code (3rd page) It will have a different barcode for the next set.and you want the 3rd page to match the 1st page that has the barcode also at the right bottom..

BTW, still have error I suppose if metro manila would be the province for pasay :( I put NCR for my 156 and already submitted that during my interview)

Thank you guys for all the replies . I have it done now, yes its true , there is different bar code now. I thought it would be the same bar code but it`s not. I hope it won`t make any problem in this reprinted one. God bless you all and Happy New Year! Thanks!
