im so happy ;]

one step closer ... still long way to go

sorry I did not answer, new year season travels, any way congratulation, we have just to wait for approval :) and for the signature you can copy it and have the same you don't have to wait :)

HAHA yeah but i want to have the dates right next to my NOA1 and NOA2 - ahh im checking my case status online everyday...

i think i will get RFE soon cuz i im pretty sure i left something blank in my i-130 - maiden name... i kept my last name and didnt put anything there ...damn it!

Don't worry we will have to wait 6 month, so 10 days more don't make much difference, cheer up :)

Any more new December 2008 people

Is there anyone out there that has figured out how this USCIS VSC vs CSC, and the transferred CSC vs. originally at CSC thing is working? I really have a hard time understanding why people that received NOA1 in October / November that were transferred over from VSC are getting approvals at CSC in January / February. Meanwhile there are people that have been at CSC with NOA1 from July, August, September, October and November that sit waiting for a touch.

It does not affect me (yet) because I am a late November/early December CR-1/K-3 filer) but if I were the others I would be confused and very sad :bonk:

I was happy when I was assigned to CSC originally, but now it seems to be a big disadvantage.

Has anyone tried to get an answer on this from CSC?

EricN It looks that you got your approval already, that a good news. and seams that CSC is approving faster now as I got my NO2 today in the mail. Congratulation and hope we have the same experience with NVC.

Wow someone from December is already approved, that's great news. I filed Dec 19, hopefully mine will be soon. I'm also sending in a pre-emptive correction of the wrong date for my wife's birth on the I-130 form (stupid stupid) hopefully they don't RFE anything.
