Sorry if this is not in the right place,

I entered the US in 05 on a marriage visa, got married, and in late 06 things didnt work out so i returned to the UK, the divorce went threw etc,

I am planning to return to the states in January for a visit, but when i left in 06 i used the temp 2 year greencard as i wasnt sure if i was returning or not, in the airport they told me i could use it, since then my ex told me i had to send the temp card back as it was requested as technically its property of the US government, seeing as i wasnt returning, i had no reason not to trust her we parted on good terms,

But my question now is

I take it i can enter the USA on my standard UK passport with no issues?????

Im just curious.

The green-card has been abandoned and is no longer valid. However you can still visit USA on VWP using UK passport.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
