So my fiance and I met when I was on vacation. At the time we were not engaged and I was only there for 3 weeks. We got really close and he proposed to me at the airport. When I submitted the 129 F petition, they just sent me an RFE for "evidence of having met in person." In the original packet, I explained that we didnt have photos together but I did send a copy of my stamped passport (showing my date of entry into the country and date of return to the states). They're saying they want more evidence and I dont know what else I can give them. I dont have pictures together, but I"m planning on visiting him soon. The problem is they're only giving me one month to get them and I wont be able to travel sooner.

Please let me know if you have any advice on what I can do. I dont want the petition to be denied. We did legitatimally meet within the 2 yr period. The only piece of evidence I dont have are pictures of us together.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, something showing you were in the same city would help.

Visiting again won't help with this petition filing. The visit evidenced must have occured before the petition is filed. If you can't satisfy them, you can show evidence of the second meeting in a subsequent filing.

Boarding passes would be best but ATM or other Receipts would work too. Send anything like that you have.
