I'm curious, and have a question of my own related to this topic. Since the beneficiary will be immigrating to the US...and if the beneficiary is not reqired to work, does that mean that the beneficiary's income is not considered while going through the K1 process/looked into at the consulate/embasy interview?I know the petitioners income is required, but I was just wondering.

Because the income or assets are being considered in the light of whether the beneficiary is likely to become a public charge after entering the US. Income that won't continue after entry is irrelevant in that light.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
