It's weird that they haven't transferred you to CSC, Jeca. You are a january filer! Well, you're still in the game, so hang in there! Good luck for all of us this new week!

NOA 1 - 03/26/08

NVC received papers - 01/30/09

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

AOS and IV display the PAID message - 02/11/09

AOS and DS-230 packages sent - 02/11/09

NVC received packages - 02/13/09

I got a touch yesterday on both of the petition. I spoke with a supervisor yesterday, so it could be a fake touch or for real.... lets see... I hope my Birthday wish comes true... I am praying Allah............

Yeah! I, too, wondered how you could get a supervisor on the phone? Should be interesting to know!

When you call after done speaking with rep, just ask to speak with supervisor, then they will transfer you to supervisor. But frankly speaking supervisor cant do anything, I spoke with one and she gave me same info as rep did. But worth trying it.

I asked them to speak with the supervisor. The rep was nice so it helped. I dont think it was a real touch but lets hope n see wat happends with my file this week so we will know.....I hope I am wrong... crossing my fingers..............
