I have to pull for Pacquiao, I think he has more 'eye of the tiger' than Oscar but then again, I thougth he beat Mayweather :blink:

Vegas has tabbed De La Hoya as a slight 8-5 favorite. I'm not sure if these are the betting odds, though. However, the last time I checked with the pundits at the MGM Grand, Pacquiao is +155 and De La Hoya is -195. I think this means that your $100 on Manny will win $155 and, on the other hand, you have to put $195 on Oscar to win $100. Sound confusing, ain't it?

I'd probably watch it on PPV too. But I still have to gather 5 friends and charge them $10 each to watch at my house. And they have to bring their own beer too!

I'm hoping that it's gonna be a draw. Both of them are good boys.

i am not into boxing that much but if its pacquiao vs marquez or pacquaio vs de la hoya, then its worth to pay $64.99 (HD) on PPV... lol... i know its not really worth it sometimes but i already ordered it and just hoping that pacman wins or at least its gona be a great game for the both of them...

this is my hubby's (one of the i hope) xmas gift per se hahah....

The sweet meatballs and crab salad that we prepared are ready for tonight's bout that my fellow VJr's will watch at Lyn's and Steve in Ocala. They are paying the show so the other couples including us are bringing the food.

I think I am more excited of the feast :)

Wow! I'd be more excited about the feast too and you just made my mouth water. I wish I was still in Tallahassee so I can take that 2.5 hour drive down to Ocala.

As you might have known, Oscar de la Hoya and Manny Pacquiao will fight each other on December 6. Who do you think will come out victorious? I think De la Hoya will win by split decision because they will be slugging in the welterweight division, meaning Pacquiao has to be beefier by 12 lbs. more than his normal weight.
