Know what, this whole thing is just beginning to be too ridiculous. We finally got his visa and found a ticket for him to come here to the US next week. Now I find out that there's this seminar or whatever that he is supposedly required to go to before he leaves. Also, he is supposedly required to register his departure? Another 650 pesos? If the US, where he will be going, does not require such #######, why does he have to do this? What are we to do? Frustration continues.

The annoying part kasi, we really don't know anything about this seminar process so we're going into it completely blind. Bahala na. I don't know who's worse to deal with, US gov't or PH gov't. Nakakainis talaga. So much red tape for people who try to do things the right way. Yet I've seen so many cases of people finding the easiest way or the short cut and it's so easy for them. Ewan. The system is so backwards.

From personal experience, if I calculated correctly and banning any problems with your DV, I'd say you'll have your visa, at the LATEST, the 3rd week of Oct. Good luck.
