hey i hope they catch up as best they can and start processing from August, i know its not going to happen but like the ny lotto commercials say "hey you never know". lol

lol...i dont think, folks from CSC will b very happy :)

Well I am one of those folks from CSC the people who sent applications a 3-4 days before me got approvals so yeah I felt like bummed out but again if this situation helping the people who suffered more than me I have no issues. Hopefully VSC starts approving the march applications rather than giving thier work to people in CSC.

It seems the transfers from VSC to CSC have stopped.

Has anyone from March 08 been transferred from VSC to CSC?

Nope, we haven't been transferred. We haven't even been touched since the I130 was recieved on March 14th.

My receipt date is mar 3 (see my signature) I was transferred aug. 27, still no approval

Mamalou, I think the reason you were not transferred is because you a K3 filer. Only the cases of CR1/IR1 were transferred.

You're right. K3s are rarely transferred. My intention is I-130, but everyone kept saying K3 will help, but I feel it is backfiring right now and now [i'm] stuck at Vermont...

I am coming up to the 6 month mark at VSC - hopefully I will get transfered or they will start approving again.

they seem to be at a stand still =(

I don't think anyone has been approved at the VSC lately =/

Date of I-751 = 03/05/2011

NOA Date = 3/08/2011

Biometrics = 04/11/2011

Approved = 09/08/2011

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

My recieved date is Feb 15,2008 still not transferred. Those ####### e r s at VSC. Bunch of a s s h o l e s son of a b i t c h wasting public money. God knows when they would feel like to do some work
