Till what month's VSC applications are going to be transferred?

Dear all,

Just wondering till what month I-130 applications will get transferred from VSC to CSC. So far we have seen applications from Feb 2008 being tansferred? Are they going to tansfer March'08, April'08 applications as well?

Thoughts would be appreciated.

Dear all,

Just wondering till what month I-130 applications will get transferred from VSC to CSC. So far we have seen applications from Feb 2008 being tansferred? Are they going to tansfer March'08, April'08 applications as well?

Thoughts would be appreciated.

according to the trend on VJ, it appears that application from the first week of march are getting transfered at this time. hopefully VSC will start working on applications april on.

I'm hoping mine will get transferred. Because I don't think I've seen many VSC approvals even though they have lightened their load.

If I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all!

02/11/2009 Case completed at NVC

03/06/2009 Case forwarded to USEM

03/09/2009 NVC Appt Email Received.

03/23-24/2009 Passed Medical Exam at SLEC.

04/15/2009 USEM Interview Scheduled.

i have only seen two people from the same NOA1 date (March 3) being transferred. I have a feeling that all of the filers with a NOA1 in march are gonna get kicked off to CSC...which is a win-win situation..this way VSC can start working on applications from April onwards.

hello. my case got transferred to CSC on the 25th of august! my receipt date was the 15th of feb. should i be expecting my apporval soon? my husband has applied for i130 IR1

ok i really dont know how to fill my time line

but i can say it like this.

i recieved my reciept on the 15th of feb 2008

now recieved an update on it saying has been transferred to csc on the 25th of aug

that is all i have got so far.

i am guess from what i can read it is taking about 4 weeks to approval once transfered. However, soon VSC will have to quit transfer or we will have the same issue at CSC :blush:

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08
