Hello, just a question about the forms and dating them. I have a lawyer and I have an appt with her next week the 28th. However I'm preparing all the stuff now and was going to sign and date them, but do I date them for the 28th when I see the lawyer or do I date them for now? Does it really matter?

My fiance dated his when he signed them which was last week...Any ideas? Thanks a bunch!

doesn't matter ;)

do you really need a lawyer? ;)

I agree, it doesn't matter.

And regarding Kim's second question, since you've completed all the paperwork yourself and compiled all the supporting documentation, why pay a lawyer to mail the documents for you?
