Hi all, thank you for reading my post, any comments will be greatly appreciated.

I got my GC through marriage and will be eligible for citizenship in OCT 2010, recently I got an job offer from a U.S. Company's overseas branch office, it is located in my home country and I am interested in going.

I have done some research but couldn't find the clear answer

Can I apply for N-470? if I ask the Company's headquarters in the states to hire me then send me to the overseas office, what do they need to proivde?

Is the company qualified for N470? it is not a government agency, or non-profit. it is just a service provide does business with my home country.

let's forget about the reentry permit for a sec, I need to negotiate with them regarding this... I need to preserve my residency while working overseas if possilble and apply for citizenship after 2 years and 5 months.

Thank you very much!
