What is the case number for AOS?

I just got noa1 for AOS, EAD, and AP. All case numbers start from MSC. But, I cannot check my status online.

Do you know any ideas?

I sent everything to Chicago lock box and got noa1s from Lee's Summit, MO. How do they process those cases? Only I-485 will be transferred to local office like CSC?

I just got mine today too, all 3 of them. Since I couldn't access it online, or through their phone service, I talked to representative. She told me that I will not be able to do that at least 30 days because my case is new and there are no changes yet.

But then again, how am I supposed to get e-mail allerts if I can't put my case online (I opened the account)?

Most cases are viewable online only after biometrics, at least this has been the experience of most people. Wait until after biometrics.

Moreover, some cases, even when available online, are not always updated. My AP was issued few days ago, got it in the mail, however case status online still is "Case received and pending". Watch your mail and don't obsess over the online case.

The thing is I can not activate mail alerts because when I want to add my receipt numbers to the account, it does not let me saying they are non existing. I will keep trying, I guess it will work soon.

You should be able to add your cases to your portfolio and activate email alerts when they become viewable, which should happen after biometrics.
