Is it me or there weren't any IR1/CR1 or K3 approvals out of VSC this week? They must be busy clearing out the work related to the H1 Visas...I hope they start cranking out the spousal visas after July 31 :yes:

I am hoping for the same, too.... That USCIS will really start working on spousal visas after July 31. :unsure:

quite a few K1 approval so its not that they are working on H1 its simply that they are not working on IR or k3 this week.

that's a logic that I still need to figure out....How can K1 be prioritized over K3?! I can understand why H1 'may' take priority over others, but can't comprehend the K1 over K3 matter. :no:

I think there is more money to be made with k1.

Logic and VSC come on...

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Yeah good point. Seems like there's twice as many K-1s at VSC than K-3s. So would've been nice to see VSC kick out at least 5 NOA2s for K-3. Not much to do but wait I guess. Two in a week is pretty sorry.

Well...July it wasnt the best month for K3 filers at Vermont Center. It seems was frozen in the time, no moviments, maybe just 1 approval and we`re here with hope waiting for some people at USCIS think more about the family. I`m sure they won`t like to be separated for a long time as we are so long of our husbands or wives.

I hope August could be different.
