actually the psychiatrist didn't say anything. all he said after the psych evaluation was, "ok. we're done." i didn't ask him or inquire if i passed or not. it happened so fast i guess i didn't have time to react. =)

I-130 Sent : 2008-04-08

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-04-14

APPROVED: 2008-06-23

IR1 abandoned.

I-129F Sent : 2008-04-25

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-04-28

2008-07-14: paid DELBROS doc verification fee at Metrobank and immigrant visa fee at BPI

2008-07-17: MEDICAL; referred to psych evaluation due to scars

2008-07-24: PSYCH Evaluation

2008-07-28: Result ready, asked to come back anytime for immunization

2008-07-29: IMMUNIZATION

INTERVIEW: 2008-08-04; pink slip (delbros delivery receipt)

2008-08-06: Received text from Delbros that they will deliver my visa tomorrow or within 2 days

2008-08-08: Received my passport w/ visa and Visa packet. Hooray!

2008-09-04: Departure Date. port of entry: sunny Honolulu!

My I-129f was approved in 62 days from my filing date.

My I-130 was approved in 76 days from my filing date.

Timeline
The medical examination is under the jurisdiction of the US Embassy. If you pass the medical, you can go ahead with your interview. From what I've heard, the consul will only be asking questions about the authenticity of the relationship, and not about the results of the medical.

It all depends on passing the medical. The medical examiner will ask about any sexually transmitted diseases so even if they won't physically examine you for it, you would still have to answer that question.
